Do you have something to say ?
To obtain an audience with the Board of the Halifax Regional CAP Association, send your written request at least 30 days before a meeting. If you are not a representative of a member site you MUST obtain the sponsorship of your local CAP site before making a request to meet with the Regional Working Group. Sorry, there are no exceptions: Only your local CAP site may request an Audience with the Regional Working Group.
Requests for solicitation of sale of any product or service will be refused (and considered SPAM under Canadian Law). Absolutely NO sales pitches! (seriously folks!)
Board Meeting Schedule
Meetings occur on the third Monday of each month, at 11am, at Veith House. The Board recesses during the summer season. Although anyone may attend an HRCAP Board meeting, participation is limited to being a spectator, unless otherwise approved, or invited by the Board (see above). The Board reserves the right to conduct in-camera discussions at any time.
