2009 C@P Sustainability Grants Applications

  There are *no* online forms this year.

  We will be working closely with C@P’s provincial partners to complete the majority of the application for you.

  NEW FOR THIS YEAR

   Each C@P site must complete and return signed originals of “Part H”

“Part H” is attached to this email and will be available for download on our website http://hrca.ns.ca

  The form may be filled in electronically, but each site is required to return signed originals before the above deadline by mailing to the following address:

DEADLINE

 All signed and mailed originals must be postmarked no later than June 17^th 2009.

Fax copies are not accepted.

You must be able to demonstrate that you meet or exceed C@P's Minimum and Ongoing Standards in order to be considered for funding.
