   C@P Sites have a fully operational helpdesk for all IT and troubleshooting needs. Talk or chat live with an IT technician, or search the knowledge database.

   You can use the Online Support for questions ranging from software, Deep Freeze to router and wireless support. As time goes on and each C@P site uses the service, the knowledge database will continue to expand
