- Minimum Commitment of 4 months

Minimum Qualifications of Applicant
- Familiarity with Accounting software package,
- Two years experience providing bookkeeping services to small business,
- Knowledge or willingness to learn general accounting concepts and non-profit accounting issues (accounting for grants, fee-for-service funding, donations and gifts-in-kind),
- Applicant must pass a criminal record check.
Specific Duties
- Prepare financial statements,
- Responsible for financial, budget, and cashflow report preparation and maintenance,
- Board and external reporting,
- Dealing with bankers and auditors,
- Internal control.

Work Environment
Support/ Supervision
- To act under direct supervision of Site Manager and Board of Directors,
- Orientation and Probationary periods to be facilitated by Site Manager.
