Minimum Qualifications of Applicant
- Post secondary education or related experience in Management,
- Applicant must pass a criminal records check and a child abuse registry check.
Specific Duties
- Reporting to the Board,
- Ensure compliance with Human Rights and employment equity legislation,
- Establish and maintain workplace diversity,
- Recruit and select the "best" people,
- Motivate and recognize individuals,
- Labour relations/ employee relations,
- Conduct training and development sessions,
- Performance management,
- Manage disciplinary and dismissal processes.

- Orientation to Organization,
- Commensurate salary.
Work Environment
- Office environment and local C@P site,
- Supervise 2 paid employees and 15 volunteers,
- On call for emergency purposes.
Support/ Supervision
- Board designate to act as mentor through probationary period and for remainder of term.
