Minimum Qualifications of Applicant

• Post secondary education or related experience in Management,
• Applicant must pass a criminal records check and a child abuse registry check.
  

Specific Duties

• Reporting to the Board,
• Ensure compliance with Human Rights and employment equity legislation,
• Establish and maintain workplace diversity,
• Recruit and select the "best" people,
• Motivate and recognize individuals,
• Labour relations/ employee relations,
• Conduct training and development sessions,
• Performance management,
• Manage disciplinary and dismissal processes.
  

Training and Benefits Available to Successful Applicant

• Orientation to Organization,
• Commensurate salary.
  

Work Environment

• Office environment and local C@P site,
• Supervise 2 paid employees and 15 volunteers,
• On call for emergency purposes.
  

Support/ Supervision

• Board designate to act as mentor through probationary period and for remainder of term.
